Why I Founded Elevate Health

I’ve been a nurse practitioner for 25 years, practicing in Women’s Health, Family Practice, Endocrinology, and Bariatric/Obesity Medicine. While my previous roles provided invaluable clinical experience, I wanted to create a practice where I could spend time truly getting to know my patients and to provide care that is thoughtful, personalized, and not rushed.

I envisioned a practice where I could combine my experience in women’s health, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine into a holistic approach to care. I founded Elevate Health to help midlife women achieve optimal health, vitality, and longevity through compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses hormonal health, metabolism, and body composition. Our mission is to help patients live healthier, happier lives by providing the education and support needed to make
sustainable lifestyle changes.

We provide personalized menopause care, medical weight management, and lifestyle medicine to support women through midlife and beyond. Through ongoing support and individualized treatment plans, we help patients build lasting habits for strength, vitality, and long-term health. New patient consultations typically last 60–90 minutes.
